Ethiopia Sidamo Oromia
Ethiopia Sidamo Oromia
This wonderful coffee comes from our friends at Keffa coffee via the Kerchanshe Trading company, the producers of our Wush Wush coffee. This natural processed coffee hails from the Adola Rede district in the Guji zone, located in the Oromia region in Southern Ethiopia. This coffee comes from the wet mill located near the town Anferara. Each year nearly 1500 small holder farmers contribute their coffee cherries to the mill, most of which are delivered directly to the mill. In some remote areas they are taken to drop off sites which are then transported to the mill.
This coffee has a lot of versatility as we use in our Case Study Blend, K cups, and now are offering it as a whole bean option. Look for pops of blueberry up front with a sweet grape jam like body. It goes down nice and clean like a black tea would, leaving a nice sweetness behind.
This coffee pairs amazing with our mini lemon scones!
