Lemongrass, Toffee, Bell Pepper

A collection of beans produced by a cooperative of small coffee producers in Pango Pango, Minaga and Perindingan, these unique beans are wash processed at PT Toarco, a Japanese-Indonesian joint mill. Quality standards are exceptionally high here, and their commitment to excellence extends as far as offering once-a-year classes for produces to be certified, and they even hold an annual party for their approximately 200 producers to attend, where excellence in production is awarded.

Our Sulawesi Toarco Jaya is roasted to medium and yields a mild and balanced sipper with distinctive notes. A treat by itself, it also pairs wonderfully with buttery pastry or chocolatey deserts!
