As a nod to this notion, we’ve developed our Fellowship Coffee program to highlight a rotation of coffees sourced from our longtime friends at Gold Mountain Coffee Growers. Fiercely committed to being leading purveyors of the highest quality coffee while prioritizing a positive social and environmental impact, this team, and the relationship we've built with them, is a true testament to the integrity and community of the coffee industry.
Picked from the hillsides of Nicaragua and blended together by multiple farmers, this coffee collaboration has been carefully crafted to deliver the syrupy body and mild acidity we look for and love in a Latin American coffee. Commonly characterized as “eternal spring,” Matagalpa’s climate of heavy rainfall and high humidity favorably contributes to the complexity and natural nuttiness of this coffee. Perfect to pair with just about anything chocolatey but we recommend trying it with pecan tassies.
