Organic Bali Blue Moon
Organic Bali Blue Moon
Among the abundant cluster of islands that make up Indonesia lies beautiful Bali, flourishing with coffee varieties including Bourbon and Typica growing alongside seas of tangerine and orange shade trees.
The sweet complexity and mild acidity of this coffee are a result of the beans growing in rich, mineralized volcanic soil then undergoing a processing method known as wet-hull processing. Unique to Indonesia, wet-hull processing is an accelerated processing method adopted by local coffee growers in response to the hella humid climate and, funny enough, is the reason why these beans flaunt a super special bluish hue pre-roast (hence the name, eh?).
With a name that serves serious beachy vacation vibes, Bali Blue Moon delivers a contrasting final flavor profile that reminds us of cooler seasons sprinkled with fresh batches of molasses cookies, caramel treats, and hot cocoa. Pair a hot cup with a brownie (or two) because duh.
